Our Full Service Catering provides a fully staffed experience with the Keane’s team onsite from set-up to tear-down. Full service options include passed appetizers & cocktail hour service, a full-service buffet or family style dinner, a curated bar service as well as dessert and coffee options.

Express Catering offers a simplified service and menu for more casual events or parties. Express orders can be picked up at the Keane’s facility in Warwick, or dropped off at the event location or, for express catering orders of $1000 or more, we can provide a lightly staffed service.

For Express Catering you can book directly through our website! We close orders for the weekend at 3pm on Tuesday. If you have trouble with your order or have questions you can always give us a call on 401-437-6933.

For Full-Service Catering please Submit a Booking Request. Include details of your event location, date and time, expected number of guests, and any details you have about menu selections and services you would like to include. Our event team will check availability and respond as quickly as possible with any questions. Once you have a proposal from our team you can come for a tasting, finalize your contract and proposal and submit a Save The Date Deposit to confirm your event in our calendar!

Keane’s provides a range of services for your special event from appetizers, dinner, dessert and bar services. Each of these services, if included, will be outlined in your proposal which we refer to as the Banquet Event Order (BEO).

Rentals: Keane’s offers a range of ‘table-top’ rentals including white plates, our signature vintage plates, stainless forks and knives, glassware, napkins and table linens which can be included in your catering proposal. Our bar service includes complimentary hard plastic glasses which can be upgraded to glassware.

Keane’s does not directly manage rental orders for additional items such as tables, chairs and tents however, we have experience with several local rental companies and can provide contact information for those vendors. We ask that you have a covered event space, tables and linens for all services we contract. Depending on the location of the event a cook tent with heaters (for colder months) may also be required. You will want to ask your venue if they work with a preferred rental company. We will request a copy of all finalized rental orders 30 days out from the event date.

Disposables: We do provide complimentary disposables for all the services in your contract, if you choose not to rent these items. This could include: plates for starters, dinners and dessert, plasticware in a napkin roll-up, & paper cups for coffee service.

Trash Removal: Keane’s will include a charge in the proposal for separation and removal of recycling, compostables and trash associated with catering and bar services, unless other onsite waste arrangements are made.

Express Catering Packages (priced per person) come with all food items in the per person quantity ordered in aluminum pans with lids. Packages include chafing dishes, wire racks and sterno (heating equipment) for setting up the buffet as well as serving ware, cutlery, plates and napkins for the number of guests indicated. BBQ packages also include our house bbq sauces, pickles and potato rolls. A la Carte food orders are priced just for the food and do not come with the above items.

A la Carte Express Items (priced individually) are served with the food items in aluminum pans with lids only. If sauces, pickles, rolls, heating equipment, cutlery or servingware are required, please be sure to add these items to the order. Express Lunch Menu packaging is based on the type of food ordered and does not include buffetware. Please see the lunch menu for specific packaging details.

Delivery is not included in the price and the fee is based upon miles from our facility in Warwick.

During our busy season (May- September) our order minimums are $250 for pick-up orders and $1000 for delivery. During our off-season, (October-April) order minimums are $250 for pick-up and $500 for delivery. Contact us to accommodate local deliveries under the minimum on weekdays!

Full Service catering includes all staff required to perform the duties outlined in the Banquet Event Order, including set-up, food preparation and service, bar service, and clearing.

Express Catering: An Express drop-off includes set-up of the buffet by a Keane's team member. If you would like our team to remain on-site for buffet support, we can provide one or two team members for up to 2.5 hours starting at $400.. Our staff will set-up and refresh the buffet for guests to serve themselves, remove trash produced during service, and package any leftovers, if desired. If your event requires additional staff or services, please review our Full-Service packages or contact our sales team

Express Catering Packages are priced per person so our kitchen will portion each of your menu items based on the headcount you enter. Additionally, A La Carte items are portioned to feed 10 or 20 people as noted. Brisket and Pork a la carte are a whole brisket, or a whole pork shoulder and serve 15-20.

Yes! We offer house-made chocolate chip cookies and a selection of water, sodas and seltzers.

Our menu has many common dietary preferences and allergens listed right on the ordering page including vegetarian (V), gluten free (GF), dairy free (DF) and Vegan (V,DF & Egg free). We do not process any nuts in our kitchen and peanuts and tree nuts are not in any of our regular menu item ingredient lists, except for our brownies which contain coconut oil. Please indicate on your order if there are allergens in your party. You, or your guest with dietary restrictions, are always welcome to contact our events team by phone or email to cross check your order for any known allergies in your party.

We have developed a formula for the express catering menu that works consistently well. We only offer items that travel well and can be handled safely by the client. Items that require careful handling or are best served immediately are only available for full service events where we have qualified chefs cooking on site.

Every full service catering event is different and in order to prepare a quote we need to understand the full extent of the services including the guest count, the location, any requirements/ restrictions of the venue, the menu to be served, set-up & breakdown, and any other duties our team will be responsible for. Staffing rates are based directly on how many team members we anticipate will be required, how far they need to travel and how long they will be working on site.

Full service events require detailed communications over a period of time as well as processing of multiple payments and thorough event data collection, often including a site visit, floor plan reviews and communication with the venue. The cost to administer these events is captured in the 5% full service admin fee. Express catering services, which are designed to be more streamlined, do not incur the admin fee.

Our chefs have an equation for quantities of food to prepare based on service style and guest count and typically do not have a significant amount of ‘ready-to-serve’ leftovers. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the buffet for the full service time after which our kitchen team will commence to clean and break down. Our standard for a full service event is removal of all food, waste & service equipment upon the completion of meal services. The RI Department of Health requires adherence to strict safe food handling & storage practices and in order to uphold these standards we typically do not leave behind any food at full service or venue events.
