Full service catering provides a fully-staffed experience with the Keane’s team from set-up to tear-down. It includes passed appetizers, full service buffet or family style dinner, curated bar service, dessert and coffee options.

Express catering offers a simplified service and menu for more casual events or parties. Express orders can be picked up at the Keane’s facility in Warwick, or dropped off at the event location. One or two Keane’s staff members can be booked for Express catering orders of $1000+. Staff for Express catering set-up and maintain buffet service while guests serve themselves.

Keane’s offers a BBQ Take-Out service on Fridays from 4-8pm at our Warwick, RI shop (715 Warwick Ave). Visit our BBQ Take-Out page to order online and check our social media for upcoming specials!

Express catering can be booked directly through our website! We close orders for the week at 3pm on Tuesday. If you have trouble or questions regarding an order, give us a call at 401-437-6933.


For Full Service catering, please Submit a Booking Request. Include location, date and time, expected number of guests, and the menu selections and services you would like to include. Our event team will check availability and respond as quickly as possible. Once you have a proposal from our team, you can come for a tasting, finalize the contract and proposal, and submit a Save The Date deposit to confirm your event in our calendar!

Keane’s provides a full range of culinary services for your special event from appetizers, dinner, dessert and bar. Each of these services, if included, will be outlined in your proposal which we refer to as the Banquet Event Order (BEO). The Full Service experience includes a dedicated Keane's team onsite at your event. Depending on the services, this team will include a chef and pitmaster to prepare your menu, TIPS certified bar staff, and experienced event staff to execute set-up, service and clean-up. 

 

Rentals: Keane’s offers rentals of all tabletop and place setting items including plates, Shangrila stainless forks and knives, glassware, napkins and table linens which can be included in your catering proposal. Our bar service includes complimentary hard plastic glasses which can be upgraded to glassware. Keane’s does not directly manage rental orders for additional items such as tables, chairs and tents. However, we have experience with several local rental companies and can provide contact information for those vendors. We ask that you have tables and linens for all services we contract. You will also want to ask your venue if they work with a preferred rental company. We will request a copy of all finalized rental orders 30 days out from the event date. 

 

Disposables: We provide complimentary disposables for all the services in your contract, if you choose not to rent these items. This could include: plates for appetizers, dinners and dessert, plasticware in a napkin roll-up, and paper cups for coffee service. Bar services include complimentary re-usable hard plastic glasses.

 

Trash Removal: Keane’s provides separation and removal of recycling, compostables and trash associated with our catering and bar services, unless other onsite waste arrangements are made.

Express BBQ Packages (priced per person) come with all food items packed in aluminum pans with lids. Packages include chafing dishes, wire racks and sternos for setting up the buffet, plus servingware, cutlery, plates and napkins for the number of guests indicated. Packages also include our house BBQ sauces, pickles and potato buns. 

Express A La Carte items (priced individually) are served in aluminum pans with lids only, and do not come with the items above. If sauces, pickles, potato buns, heating equipment, cutlery or servingware are required, please be sure to add these items to the order.

Express Lunch Menu packaging is based on the type of food ordered and does not include buffetware. Please see our menu for specific packaging details. Buffetware items can be added to your order for purchase.

Full Service:

Full Service catering includes all staff required to perform the duties outlined in the Banquet Event Order, including set-up, food preparation and service, bar service, and clearing.

Express:

An Express drop-off includes buffet set-up by a Keane's team member. If you would like our team to remain on-site for buffet support, we can provide one or two team members for up to 2.5 hours. This is an additional charge of $400 for one staff member, or $700 for two. Our staff will set-up and refresh the buffet for guests to serve themselves, remove trash produced during service, and package any leftovers. If your event requires additional staff or services, please review our Full-Service packages or contact our sales team.

Express catering packages are priced per person. Our kitchen will portion each of your menu items based on the headcount you enter. 

A la carte items are portioned to feed 10 or 20 people as noted. Brisket and Pork a la carte are a whole brisket or a whole pork shoulder and serve 15-20.

We only offer items on our Express Catering menu that travel well and can be handled safely by the client. Items that require careful handling or are best served immediately are only available for Full Service events where qualified pitmasters and chefs are on-site. Contact our sales team with any questions!

We have an equation for our food preparation and service based on guest count and do not typically have significant amounts of ready-to-serve leftovers. Due to health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws we do not leave any leftover food or alcohol at full service events.
